Spend seven nights and five full days of freeride skiing on Monte Rosa, living winter in its purest form.
If you love snow in all its textures — fresh, compact, or transformed — and want to experience it without a worry, this ski week is for you.
Spend seven nights in Alagna, at the beautiful Casa Smitt, right in the heart of the village. Just 300 metres from the lifts.
Ski between Alagna and Gressoney with five guided freeride skiing days led by our IFMGA mountain guides.
Each day, your guide will select the best terrain based on weather, safety, and snow quality. And you can enjoy long descents, open slopes, and hidden couloirs in total peace of mind.
We’ll take care of your ski pass, accommodation, and guiding. All you need to do is pack your bags and bring your love for the mountains.
Departures are flexible: Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday.
A freeride skiing week that blends technique and pleasure, where every run has its rhythm. And the views stay with you long after the snow melts.

Day 1 – Arrival in Alagna
Arrival in Alagna and check-in at Casa Smitt, in comfortable apartments with double or triple rooms.
Your ski pass will be waiting for you in your room.
From the second day onwards, your UIAGM guide will pick you up directly from Casa Smitt and lead you to the best freeride terrain between Alagna and Gressoney — always according to snow and weather conditions.
You’ll have time to share your expectations, and once your guide sees your skiing style, you’ll plan the week together.
5:00 PM – Briefing
Meet your UIAGM guide at our office (in the same building as Casa Smitt), by phone, or via video call — whichever you prefer.
We’ll review your equipment, talk through your goals, and prepare the plan for the next day based on your fitness level, snow, and weather.
Days 2–6 – Ski Days
Ski from the moment the lifts open until your legs say stop.
Each day, we’ll choose together the area offering the best snow and the right level of adventure — whether that means freeride lines, alpine touring routes, steep couloirs, or scenic peaks.
We’ll also decide the best moment to tackle the most iconic descents of the Monte Rosa massif.
And if you haven’t heard about La Malfatta yet… start asking around — you’ll soon find out why it’s legendary.
Day 7 – Free Ski Day
Enjoy your last day skiing at your own pace.
Use your ski pass to explore your favourite runs, revisit your best lines of the week, or just take it easy and relax in Alagna.

Not sure about the gear? No worries—we’ll guide you in choosing or renting exactly what you need.
Mountaineering, ski touring, off-piste skiing and trekking take place in a natural, uncontrolled environment.
Weather conditions, snow, ice, terrain, visibility, altitude and physical fatigue can change rapidly and directly affect the course of the activity. For this reason, there is always an inherent level of objective risk, which cannot be eliminated but only managed.
All our activities are led by IFMGA Mountain Guides and Certified Hiking Guides (AMM).
The guide continuously assesses environmental conditions and the physical and mental state of participants, sets an appropriate pace, manages progression and ensures the correct use of equipment. If conditions require it, the guide may modify the itinerary or interrupt the activity, always in the interest of individual and group safety.
Participants are required to be in good physical and mental condition, adequately prepared for the level of the activity, and to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
Group activities
During group outings, the pace is set according to the slowest participant. In case of fatigue or discomfort, the guide may decide to adjust the programme or return early. In the mountains, the group ascends and returns together.
