REQUIRED INFORMATION:

Payment can be made at our office with debit or credit card or in cash.
You can pay directly on our website through our secure online booking with NEXI payment.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions will be applied depending on the cancellation date:

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the expected arrival, we will retain the deposit (30% of the total amount), which can be reused within one year from the cancellation date.
For cancellations made within 30 days before the expected arrival, 30% of the due amount will be retained.
For cancellations in the 3 days before the tour 100% of the due amount will be retained
For cancellations during the tour 100% of the due amount will be retained
In case of bad weather or hazardous conditions, the deposit will be kept for the following 12 months to be used for another activity. If the customer prefers a refund of the deposit, a fee of € 50,00 per participant will be charged as booking expenses.

You can modify the dates based on availability up to 20 days before the booked experience date.
After this deadline, changing the dates will not be possible, but changing participant names is allowed without any penalty.

The Mountain Guide is responsible for executing the program and may, at their sole discretion, change the duration, itinerary, and execution of the program.
If they believe that weather conditions, safety, or group fitness are not suitable, they will propose an alternative program with a corresponding tariff variation or different dates for the same activity. If an immediate alternative date cannot be found or an agreement for another suitable excursion on the scheduled dates is not reached, we will retain the deposit, which can be used within the next 12 months.
Heliski bookings are considered “activities with an alpine guide with the possibility of heliskiing.” If helicopter flights are impossible due to adverse weather conditions, the day will be replaced with off-piste guidance with a price adjustment for the guide’s day only.
Group excursions: If the minimum required number is not reached, the group ascent will be canceled, and the deposit will be fully refunded.
