Level: From beginners to expert
Start date: 1 December
End date: 19 April
Participants: Max 7

My goal

Three intense days designed for those who live the mountains with passion and want to elevate their freeride skiing skills.
With our IFMGA-certified mountain guides, you’ll explore the Monte Rosa massif, choosing each day’s area according to weather and snow conditions. Every decision happens on the mountain, guided by experience, safety, and the pursuit of perfect snow.

From Alagna to Gressoney, and across the hidden valleys of Ayas, this freeride skiing experience is built for riders who crave real snow, steep lines, and descents that leave lasting memories. It’s not a course — it’s an immersion in the high-mountain world of powder, precision, and awareness.

Each morning begins with a safety and snow briefing. Follows a full day of exploration on terrain selected for its quality and variety. Wide open slopes, technical couloirs, and long runs blend into one continuous adventure — a balance of skill, freedom, and respect for the mountain.

Why choose our programm “The essence of Freeride”?

Day 0 – Briefing & Setup

5:00 PM: meet your IFMGA mountain guide — in person, over a call, or however suits you best.
This is where the mission begins. We want to get to know you: what you’re looking for in these three days, the kind of rider you are, and what you hope to achieve.
Together we’ll check your gear, review technical details, and plan the next day based on weather, snow conditions, and fitness level.
Every great line starts here — with the right preparation and the shared goal of finding perfect snow.

Days 1–3 – The Mission

From the first lift to the very last run… or until your legs call it a day.
Each morning we’ll decide together where to go: Alagna, Gressoney or Ayas — wherever the snow is best.

It could be a day of steep technical descents, hidden couloirs, ski touring to a summit, or flowing turns in deep powder.
Our guides will read the terrain, the snow stability, and the group’s rhythm to craft each day into a powerful, safe, and deeply personal experience.

Three days of pure freeride passion with a team that lives the mountains the same way you do — with respect, adrenaline, and an endless hunger for the perfect line.

Mountaineering, ski touring, off-piste skiing and trekking take place in a natural, uncontrolled environment.
Weather conditions, snow, ice, terrain, visibility, altitude and physical fatigue can change rapidly and directly affect the course of the activity. For this reason, there is always an inherent level of objective risk, which cannot be eliminated but only managed.

All our activities are led by IFMGA Mountain Guides and Certified Hiking Guides (AMM).
The guide continuously assesses environmental conditions and the physical and mental state of participants, sets an appropriate pace, manages progression and ensures the correct use of equipment. If conditions require it, the guide may modify the itinerary or interrupt the activity, always in the interest of individual and group safety.

Participants are required to be in good physical and mental condition, adequately prepared for the level of the activity, and to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

Group activities

During group outings, the pace is set according to the slowest participant. In case of fatigue or discomfort, the guide may decide to adjust the programme or return early. In the mountains, the group ascends and returns together.
